About the Role
At Northpower, we'relooking for an experienced Foreman / Team Leader to take charge of field teams,guide safe and efficient work practices, and help deliver critical electricalinfrastructure projects across our network.
This role is ideal for someone who's confident coordinatingpeople, plant, and projects and isn't afraid to get stuck in and providehands-on support when needed.

Responsibilities
As a Foreman / Team Leader, you'll be responsible for makingsure work is planned, executed, and delivered to a high standard — safely,efficiently, and without rework.
You'll be :
Leadingand supporting a team in the field to complete jobs to spec
Scopingand planning tasks, ensuring the right people, plant, and materials are inplace
Performingquality checks and compliance audits (WTC assessments, toolbox checks,reports)
Makingsure all gear and equipment is compliant and in top condition
Supportingjob pricing, resource assignment, and technical drawing interpretation
Providingclear direction and communication to your team
Coachingyour team on performance, development, and safety
Experience
You're someone who leads by example, keeps a cool head, andknows how to balance people leadership with technical know-how.
We're aftersomeone who has :
Astrong background in electrical or utility field work (especiallydistribution networks)
Experiencesupervising crews and managing workloads
Solidunderstanding of health, safety, quality and environmental (HSQE)standards
Strongplanning, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Goodcommunication skills — both with your team and clients
Acommitment to continuous improvement and getting the job done right thefirst time
