• District Nursing is a dynamic and evolving field, offering a multi-faceted role that supports patients in their homes and communities.

We - re looking for compassionate, adaptable Registered Nurses who thrive in autonomous practice and enjoy working collaboratively within a supportive team.What we offer flexible casual shifts, morning : 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm and afternoon : 1 : 30pm - 10 : 00pm

Our nurses play a vital role in supporting patients transitioning from hospital to home, and in working alongside GP practices to provide care in the community.Delivering home-based interventions including :

Direction and delegation of the Health Care Assistants (HCAs) and collaborating the wider Community Health team to ensure safe, coordinated care.
