About the role

Discover our fish processing division located in Timaru, central to mountains, lakes, and the sea.

We process various fish species from our deep-water vessels and independent ACE fishers.

Our facility operates three shifts daily to support day, night, and part-time operations, while our joint venture with San Won keeps the unloading of our vessels and storage facilities busy year-round.

You will find a variety of our beautiful New Zealand seafood products in our retail shop located on site.

Based at the Timaru Port and reporting to the Coordinator - Wharf Chiller, this is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day operation of our processing factory.

As a Logistics Operator you will help ensure product is prepared and ready to supply the processing factory.

Responsibilities : Thawing Fish

Weighing and Receiving Fish

Ensuring product is at the processing line when needed

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment

About you :

Experience in a similar role

Physically fit and comfortable with lifting up to 20kg

Able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

Good initiative and attention to detail

Available to work Monday to Friday, 6 : 00am - 2 : 30pm

Current Forklift license with F Endorsement preferred but not essential
