Shift Schedule

Monday : 6 : 30 AM – 10 : 30 AM

Friday : 6 : 30 AM – 4 : 00 PM

Sunday : 2 : 00 PM – 12 : 00 AM

What you’ll do

• Champion Customer Service & Engagement : Be highly visible, engage customers with personalised assistance, and promptly resolve inquiries and complaints.
• Drive Product Availability & Quality : Continuously replenish products, focusing on essentials and fresh food, and ensure high standards for stock quality, rotation, and presentation.
• Support Smooth Operations & Standards : Collaborate effectively with the team (“Swarm”) for daily operations, maintaining store cleanliness and organisation.
• Prioritise Safety & Compliance : Uphold safety protocols, report hazards, and ensure all tasks adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
