About the Role

We are seeking energetic, highly organised, accurate and efficient administrator to join our team working in the Orthopaedic service reception and outpatient clinic.

The hours are

You will be working mostly from the main reception desk doing a mix of reception work, clinic bookings, data entry and other admin tasks, so multitasking is a must.

This is a busy role, so excellent communication skills are paramount and a willingness to be a team player is important.

Other desirable attributes are the ability to maintain a high standard of accuracy and presentation, experience with medical terminology would be an advantage but not essential, the ability to work closely with colleagues and to manage a variety of tasks in busy environments.

Also, you must be able to prioritise work and possess excellent organisational and time management skills.

We all maintain a strong commitment toward quality improvement.
