Tourism Properties is seeking an Auckland‑based Business Broker to join our nationwide team. This is a unique opportunity for a licensed real estate professional to step into one of New Zealand’s most dynamic and rewarding specialist markets – tourism, hospitality, and leisure business sales.

What you’ll be doing

• Listing and selling accommodation businesses : motels, hotels, lodges, backpackers, holiday parks, B&B's, and management rights
• Working with hospitality owners : cafés, restaurants, bars, function venues, and nightspots
• Assisting tourism and activity operators : adventure, leisure, transport, aviation, boating, cycle tours, vineyards, and travel agencies
• Managing your own pipeline and client relationships with the full support of our national team
