We're fishing for a passionate Marketing Assistant to join the team at our Support Office in Half Moon Bay.

Whether you're a recent graduate or have some marketing experience, what matters most is your strong attention to detail, and enthusiasm to learn.

The successful applicant will be working with our in-house Marketing team to build and maintain a strong and consistent brand while driving sales growth through a creative and cost-effective multi-channel marketing strategy.

About youYou are passionate about boating, fishing, and the outdoors, and ready to inspire customers on their journey.

With a keen eye for detail, you take care in your work to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Your integrity and discipline show in the way you uphold brand standards and manage deadlines with confidence.

You contribute entrepreneurial marketing ideas that are cost-effective and make a real impact.Your responsibilities will include :

Contributing campaign ideas and writing engaging copy for various marketing channels

Thoroughly proof-reading marketing content and checking pricing

Creating and scheduling social media content – this includes filming and editing reels, and sometimes featuring in them

Loading, testing, segmenting and optimising EDMs, including automated emails

Supporting the implementation of promotions and day-to-day administrative marketing tasks

Monitoring and analysing marketing performance and reporting on key metrics

Maintaining and engaging our loyalty database

What you'll bring to the crew

A degree in marketing or relevant qualification

Some hands-on experience with social media or digital marketing

A great attitude and eagerness to learn

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A high level of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail

Confidence working to deadlines and juggling multiple tasks

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

A passion for boating, fishing, RVing, and / or the outdoors
