Job Details
Location : Greensborough, VIC (travel required to multiple stores in East Melbourne)
Hours : Part-time, 50 hours per fortnight (flexible roster – weekdays, weekends, late nights)
Compensation : $57,000 p / a + super + incentives (pay based on sales performance)
Placement : On-site (multiple stores)
Responsibilities
Provide expert customer service for foreign currency, prepaid travel money cards, and international money transfers.
Achieve sales KPIs and incentives through diligent customer focus and product knowledge.
Offer travel tips, recommendations, and assistance to help customers make the most of their trips.
Deliver a positive in-store experience in line with Flight Centre's culture.
Qualifications & Skills
Excellent customer-service skills – great listening and conversational flair.
Mathematical ability – quick, accurate number crunching.
