IT Strategy, Security & Delivery Manager (2IC)IT Strategy, Security & Delivery Manager (2IC)An influential leadership opportunity within one of New Zealand's most respected retail groups.We are seeking a IT Strategy, Security & Delivery Manager (2IC) to serve as a strategic partner to the Group Head of IT, driving transformation, resilience, and delivery excellence across the James Pascoe Group of Companies.This role will lead the evolution of technology, cybersecurity, and operational performance across a complex and fast-paced retail ecosystem, supporting both physical and digital channels across multiple trusted brands.About the role : As 2IC to the Group Head of IT, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the Group's IT strategy and cybersecurity agenda.

You will oversee enterprise-wide infrastructure, cloud, and security platforms, ensuring our systems are robust, scalable, and secure.You will work with a high performing team, manage critical vendor relationships, and champion innovation and resilience while maintaining a strong focus on governance and risk management.Key responsibilities : Co-develop and execute technology and cybersecurity strategies that align with business growth and transformation.Strengthen the Group's information security, risk, and resilience frameworks.Lead strategic delivery of enterprise IT programs and infrastructure initiatives.Inspire and develop technical and security leaders, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.Build strong, trusted partnerships across executive and business teams to drive value through technology.About you : Accomplished IT leader with depth in cybersecurity, infrastructure, and enterprise risk.Strong understanding of frameworks such as NIST or ISO
