OverviewWe are looking for an extraordinary person to lead our team of highly skilled teachers at Busy Bees Pukekohe.About usLicensed for 75 tamariki we provide an exciting and spacious indoor and outdoor environment for our children to explore with 3 separate spaces for our babies, toddlers, and pre-schoolers.About youAs a centre manager you will lead with heart and purpose – supporting and guiding a team of passionate teachers.

As well as being responsible for creating solid community relationships, compliance management, mentoring and driving exceptional standards of teaching.Role requirementsAn inspirational leader with an innate ability to develop, lead a team to deliver best practice childcare servicesB Ed / Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current teacher registration / certificationDemonstrated leadership experience you will love to coach, mentor and inspire!
