What You'll Do
As our Logistics Systems & Planning Analyst – LPG you'll turn operational data into actionable insights, refine our planning and optimisation tools, and partner with suppliers and internal teams to deliver initiatives that improve safety, efficiency and customer outcomes.
Based in Hamilton (with some travel required) you'll report to the LPG Logistics Manager and support bulk, planning and fleet operations.
Some Of The Key Responsibilities Are
Lead logistics development initiatives on our roadmap with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Build and maintain a national logistics scorecard; develop and deliver reporting, insights and clear commentary.
Enhance planning / optimisation tools (exchange, bulk and bobtail), including automation opportunities.
Analyse cost-to-serve and asset utilisation; surface and deliver improvement opportunities.
Support hardware issuing and support models; ensure resourcing and supplier agreements are in place.
Back Planning, Bulk and Fleet teams as needed, and champion a strong Zero Harm culture.
What You'll Bring
Diploma in logistics / transport / distribution / supply chain or equivalent operational experience.
3+ years in operational logistics, transport or distribution.
Hands-on experience with planning / optimisation tools and data / reporting (scorecards, insights, Power BI development experience).
Strong stakeholder management, communication and change / project delivery skills.
Solid understanding of H&S in operational environments.
Nice to have : oil & gas / LPG experience, continuous improvement practice and exposure to medium-scale change.
