Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes (local and international cuisine)
• Ensure all food items are prepared and presented according to recipe standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and workstations
• Monitor food stock and place orders as needed
• Follow proper food handling procedures and kitchen safety protocols
• Collaborate with kitchen team members and support the Head Chef as required
• Adjust menu items to meet dietary restrictions or customer preferences
• Adhere to portion control and minimize food waste
