As a Property Consultant, You'll Manage a Diverse Range Of Projects Delivering Property Solutions That Make a Real Impact.
As An Internal Shared Service Consultant Your Work Across The Organisation Will Include
Negotiating property transactions and agreements.
Buying, selling, and managing property assets.
Advising on future use and disposal of surplus property.
Ensuring compliance with statutory obligations.
Supporting Council projects with property solutions and expertise.
About you | Ko Koe Tenei
We're Looking For Someone With
A degree in a property-related discipline.
5–10 years' experience in property consultancy or management.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of NZ property legislation and conveyancing processes.
Ability to think strategically and deliver practical solutions.
Membership of a property-related professional body and a full driver's licence are essential.

Position - Fulltime, permenant
Location - This position is primarily based at Te Hononga, Christchurch City Council Civic Offices - 53 Hereford Street
Salary - The salary band for this position goes from $115,466 to $128,295 per annum based on a 40 hour week.
Starting salaries will be based on knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role, and relativities both, within the immediate team and in the broader organisation for the same or similar roles.
