We are looking for a hardworking candidate for the role of Duty Manager in Wellington.
It is a full-time permanent role with a minimum guarantee of 30 hours of work per week.
This role will ensure that service standards are maintained, staff are supported and supervised, and customer experiences are consistently excellent.
The Duty Manager will work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations.The candidate must be able to work but not limited to : ? Coordinate and oversee daily restaurant operations, including assisting with menu planning in consultation with chefs.
Required skills : ? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written? Demonstrate leadership in managing staff groups and major events? Excellent interpersonal skills with the willingness to be a team player? Commitment to get the job done? Minimum Level 5 qualification OR two years of relevant work experience
