The Assistant Manager / Manager, Order Management plays a key role in supervising the order management team within the Global Shared Services Centre.
This role ensures timely, accurate, and compliant processing of customer orders in SAP, supports operational excellence, and resolves escalations effectively.
The incumbent will guide team members, maintain data integrity, and support audit readiness through proper documentation and reporting.
What You'll Do :
Oversee order processing operations in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standard procedures.
Support and train team members, promoting adherence to SOPs and resolving escalations.
Monitor performance and data integrity, conducting periodic checks and generating KPI reports.
Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve open log issues and manage Performance Guarantee requests.
Respond to audit queries and produce ad-hoc reports for management and stakeholders.
What You'll Bring :
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in order management or shared services, preferably with SAP.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in project management and data migration.
Proficient in MS Excel and SAP order management modules.
