Dash10 Managed Services, a representative office of Zeald, a New Zealand-based company, is seeking an experienced
SEO & Google Ads Specialist
to implement and manage our Google Ads campaigns, alongside our Marketing Specialist.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of managing successful Google Ads campaigns

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Marketing Specialists (MS) :
Work closely with MS to align on strategies and achieve measurable results for clients.
Ensure that client goals are clearly understood and campaigns are tailored to meet these objectives.
Daily Coordination with Marketing Admin and Supervisor :
Regularly liaise with the Marketing Admin and Supervisor to prioritise and streamline tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of activities.
Manage a Diverse Portfolio of Projects :
Oversee multiple projects and accounts, deepening understanding of each client's business, goals, and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
Campaign and Ad Setup with Quality Assurance :
Set up ads and campaigns based on briefing from MS, conducting thorough quality checks to meet client specifications and ensure high performance
Ongoing Monitoring and Optimisation :
Regularly review accounts, ads, campaigns, and marketing platforms to identify and rectify potential errors, optimise performance, and maintain high scores on platforms like Google Ads.
Campaign Issue Resolution :
Proactively identify and resolve campaign issues, refining strategies as needed to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Budget Management
Monitor and adjust budgets to ensure all accounts are aligned with client requirements and campaign objectives.
Reporting and Analysis :
Setup and manage Reporting dashboards for clients reports, ensuring they are accurate, and provide actionable insights.
Research and Innovation :
Continuously research new digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices to enhance team capabilities and offer innovative solutions to clients.
Communication and Feedback :
Maintain regular communication with the MS to provide updates, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments to campaigns.
Other Responsibilities
Training and Development :
Stay updated with the latest industry certifications and training, and assist in training new team members on campaign implementation best practices.
Properly log work
Diligently log and track all work output in the appropriate systems as well as other End of Day (EOD) forms and documents.
Provide process improvement recommendations.
Assess the platforms and processes then help identify areas for improvements and participate in process improvement meetings.
Collaborate with the team.
Be a positive, willing, contributing, responsive, and adaptable member of the team at all times.
Initiate ways to encourage collaboration and learning within the team.
Complete other tasks assigned.
Perform any other tasks as directed by your supervisor.
Key attributes required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Solid foundation in digital marketing principles, particularly in Google Ads
Excellent analytical skills
Proven track record of managing successful Google Ads campaigns
Able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
Highly motivated, diligent, and committed to excellence
Exceptional work ethic with a strong commitment to the role.

Experience using various marketing tools / platforms such as as Google Ads, Google Analytics, GTM, Google Search Console, AHREFS and More
Experience with website audits
Has Google Ads, SEO, and / or SEM certifications
