As part of a team providing digital and non-digital information services to Ministry staff you will be focused on delivering EDRMS and records support.
The Advisor supports the Ministry to extract value from its information by delivering services that makes it easy to find and use information at the Ministry.
This role works within a team of service delivery professionals responsible for the delivery of high-quality services to Ministry staff.
As a collaborative team member, you will work closely with your colleagues ensuring customer needs are met, information sources and services are accessible and maintained and, service delivery standards are also met.
You will be using your keen eye for detail and enjoy searching for records and information and have experience with supporting users to access and use document or content management systems.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting initiatives and projects that enhance MBIE's overall information management.
This includes building strong foundations, controls, standards and practices for robust, safe and transparent information storage in line with the Public Records Act 2005, and organisation policies and settings.
Please note this is NOT a Data Analyst role.
