The scope of your specialist will include : ResponsibilitiesEnsure Housekeeping Manager is kept fully aware of all relevant feedback from both guests and other departments.Assist other departments with activities as appropriate and directed by the Housekeeping Manager.Attend and participate in regular communication meetings and nominated training sessions.Have a positive impact, taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues, always clearly communicating with both guests and team members.Maintain high team focus by showing co-operation and support to colleagues in the pursuit of team goals.Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance operational / environmental procedures in the Hotel.Use initiatives in assisting other team members while the business demand is low, proactively adding value to the hotel's bottom line.Be able to build up strong rapport with team members, helping to improve the synergy in the department as well as in the hotel.Work as and enjoy being part of a team, pulling together to provide excellent service.Be fully aware of the hotel's health and safety and fire regulations, and to carry them out according to procedures, ensuring that you maintain a comprehensive understanding and adhere to fire, safety and hygiene policies.Be fully conversant with the Hotel Emergency and Evacuation procedures.QualificationsA Housekeeping Professional, serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
