Location : Tauranga

Pay : $35–43 per hour

About the Role

We’re looking for a Leading Hand who is confident running a site from start to finish. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll manage the day‑to‑day site operations, organise subcontractors, ensure H&S and QA standards are met, and keep the programme and budget tight. If you’re someone who can take charge of a project and get things done with minimal supervision, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day site operations from start to finish
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage site teams
• Oversee H&S, QA, materials, and daily logistics
• Keep programmes and budgets on track
• Work independently and take ownership of the job
