You will work as part of a team that creates the safest, healthiest and most enjoyable lifestyle for our residents.

This role is varied and centres around providing personal care and assistance to our residents' daily lives.ResponsibilitiesDelivering meals and helping with mealtimesAiding with hygiene, such as showeringAssisting with individual care plan requirements, such as walks and exercisesHelping with activities, such as puzzles, table tennis, and other resident activitiesQualificationsExperience in aged care or a similar roleStrong verbal communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationshipsCommitment to a rotational roster across morning, afternoon and night shiftsAbility to work a roster pattern of 4 days on and 2 days offBenefitsWeekend rates of an additional 40% on your hourly rateTime and a half for all work or shifts over 8 hours in a daySouthern Cross Health Essentials InsuranceNext StepsApplications for this role will close on Monday 29th September.
