Caregiver

You will be required to work Monday through Sunday on a rotating roster, with shifts from 7.00am to 1.00pm (AM) and 3.00pm to 9.00pm (PM).

The position involves an average of 25 hours per week, totaling 154 hours over a 6-week cycle.

As a Caregiver at Bupa, you will work under the guidance and supervision of qualified nursing staff and management to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

You will be encouraged to develop deeper relationships with residents and their families, delivering high-quality, person-centered care in line with individual care plans.

What About You

An NZQA Health and Wellbeing Certificate Level 2-4 is preferred.

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 1 year of experience within aged care.

Demonstrate genuine enthusiasm, dedication to care, and a passion for enriching the lives of the elderly.

Possess confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
