About the Role
As a Clinical Pharmacist,you will apply bestpractice pharmaceutical knowledge and work in achieving the most optimaloutcome for patients.
You will carry out comprehensive reviews on patients,collect and report on clinical data, provide in-service training, carry outsupervision of technicians and assistants, attend department meetings andidentify opportunities to continuously grow.

working
up to
80 hours
per fortnight (1.0 FTE), Monday to Friday 8.00amto 4.30pm with the occasional Saturday morning 9.00am to 12.00pm shift.
You will participate in our on-call roster.
On call shiftscover evenings from 5.00pm to 7.30am and some weekends.
About the Team / Service / Location
The Nelson HospitalPharmacy Team is a dedicated group of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, andinterns who provide safe and effective medication management across hospitalwards and outpatient services.
We work closely with medical, nursing, andallied health teams to ensure optimal medication use and patient outcomes.

About you
As a Clinical Pharmacist,you will
Manage your timeeffectively and be able to multi-task,
Work collaboratively withothers whilst applying your problem solving skills and sense of humour,
Be proficient withcomputers,
Ideally have experience ofpharmacy in a hospital environment,
Hold current registration with the PharmacyCouncil of New Zealand.
The successful candidate must be eligible to work in NewZealand or hold a valid NZ visa at the time of applying.
