Human Resources, Training and Labor Relations Specialist; We’re a fun-loving, sustainability-focused business that makes epic wine—and we’re looking for our next HR Advisor. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Seaview Estate Wines Limited, with some recruitment support for our Yealands team in Auckland. As our Senior HR Advisor, you’ll play a key role in providing HR advice, coaching, and hands-on support across the business. We’re after someone proactive, with strong relationship management skills and a solution-focused approach.

What you\'ll bring :

• Preferably a HR degree or relevant qualification
• A couple of years’ experience working as an HR Advisor
• Solid understanding of NZ Employment Legislation
• Commercial business acumen
• Strong communication skills and a proven ability to build great relationships
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft based applications.
