Sous Chef Wanted – Join the Colonel Malones Kitchen Team!

We’re on the hunt for a motivated Sous Chef (or someone ready to move up to a Sous role) to join our busy kitchen here at Colonel Malones in Stratford. If you can work under pressure, keep the dockets moving, and take pride in serving up delicious food, we want to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing :

• Preparing and cooking grilled and fried menu items to our quality standards.
• Keeping your workstation clean, organized, and safe.
• Working alongside the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Following food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.

What we’re looking for :

Hours :

35-45 hours, including evenings and weekends. NZ work permit required.
