A leader in interiors and light commercial construction established by Directors from larger contractors initially is securing several clients and growing in brand recognition. They hold strong relationships with architects and engage experts up front to ensure less rework later. They are project and cost management specialists that possess ‘can do’ attitudes with hands on Directors that muck in when needed.

Due to a secured project, a need now exists for a solution‑focused site manager for a project in New Plymouth. As a site manager you need to have an interiors, refurb and light commercial construction background gained from a main contractor of at least 5 years. The SM is engaged from early design and build stages and set up, so they are on board from the very beginning and familiar with all stakeholder inputs. Being able to naturally client‑front as an SSM is essential. You have a proven track record in running a programme to agreed milestones and can lead front the front.

Salary $70 – $80 p / h
