About the role

We’re excited by user experience / interface and are looking for an experienced Experience Designer to help design and maintain our Tumu design system, as well as create beautiful experiences that delight our customers.

Role Type : 12 Months

Role Location : Wellington or Auckland

Work Hours : 37.5 Hrs

What will your day look like

• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to gather requirements, understand design needs, and translate them into reusable components and design guidelines.
• Contribute to designing and maintaining a comprehensive design system that aligns with our ANZ design standards.
• Contribute to digital projects, bringing your strong UX and UI design skills to the fore.
• Craft and deliver design artefacts that are high quality, consistent, coherent and align with our digital design strategy and design systems.
• Provide design support to the delivery teams with required design assets, specifications and quality checks.
• Advocate design thinking by bringing customer insights and data to the decision table.
• Advocate for inclusive design principles especially accessibility across design projects and initiatives.
