Your expertise will transform documents with accuracy and creativity, ensuring each one reflects the unique PwC brand.

As a vital part of our energetic Document Specialist Team, you'll collaborate with teams across the business to create polished, professional, and brand-consistent documents that make a difference.

Your day-to-day could include : Document production, formatting, editing and design using Google, Microsoft, and Adobe PDF software.Conducting thorough reviews of documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with PwC's brand guidelines.Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure deliverables meet expectations and deadlines.Acting as a brand ambassador, ensuring all documents uphold PwC's visual identity and brand messaging consistently.Managing multiple document projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.Collecting and incorporating feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve document quality and effectiveness.Nga pukenga kei a koe / Skills and experienceIntermediate to Advanced level of document management skills (including Google and Microsoft Office suite).
