A key part of this support is our highly motivated Finance Group, which provides financial, planning, and procurement services across both organisations.Mo te tunga | About the role : In this exciting and diverse role, you will have the opportunity to : Develop and deliver procurement strategies aligned with organisational goals to support successful project outcomes.Support all stages of the procurement lifecycle, including planning, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and contract award.Provide expert advice on commercial and contract matters, resolving supplier issues, and supporting strong contract performance.Build and maintain a capable supplier base to ensure quality, timely, and cost-effective project delivery.Analyse spend and market trends to inform strategic decision-making and proactively manage procurement risks.Drive continuous improvement by enhancing procurement processes, systems, and tools to increase efficiency and uphold good governance.To kete | What you will bring to the role : As a Senior Procurement Specialist, you will need a flexible mindset and a can-do attitude.

Your CV should clearly demonstrate : Experience in public sector procurement and managing end-to-end procurement processes, including requirements gathering, tendering, evaluation, and contract negotiation.Experience leading government procurement and contract management activities.Solid negotiation skills, with knowledge of contract development and implementation.A flexible, results-driven, and collaborative approach with a solution-focused mindset.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop and manage effective procurement strategies.Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and engage stakeholders at all levels.Advanced negotiation skills to handle challenging conversations while maintaining strong relationships.Mo matou | About us : We offer benefits such as 5 weeks of annual leave, end-of-trip facilities, access to an on-site gym and pool, and learning and development opportunities.
