• About the Role
• This permanent part-time role working 1 FTE (40 hours per week) involves rostered shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends – offering variety and flexibility in your work schedule.

• The Nursing Resource Team is a dynamic and responsive workforce that provides essential support across multiple hospital departments. Based in the stunning Bay of Plenty, you will work with experienced professionals in a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and development. • About you
• You are a compassionate and reliable Health Care Assistant with a strong commitment to patient care. Your ability to adapt quickly, work within a multidisciplinary team, and provide excellent support to nursing staff will make you an invaluable member of our team.
• Essential skills and experience :
• Certificate in Health Care Assistance Level 4 (or equivalent qualification).
• Experience working as an HCA preferably in a healthcare or related setting.
• Ability to work a rotating roster across all shifts, including weekends and nights.
