The National Trade Academy is a “Category One” Private Training Institute providing education & training to people wishing to enter a range of industries including the Food & Fibre Sector
We require a Part time Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our admin team at our McLeans Island Campus. This is an entry level position.
The hours are Thursday and Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm.
Responsibilities
- Reception and staff support duties
- Office administration, including word processing, data entry, and purchasing as required.
- Assisting with vehicle bookings and GPS system monitoring
- Printing and filing
- Assisting to organise graduation and other events if required
- Supporting our Course Administrators with updating our student management system when required.
- Assist admin team with general tasks as necessary.
- May include driving duties.
Qualifications
Computer literacy and keyboard skills, eg data entry and database skillsReadiness to work with a diverse range of peopleDetail orientated and conscientiousWillingness to support the admin team during busy periodsGood time management skills and be able to work within limited timeframesPositive customer service ethos and a “can-do” attitudeConfident interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)A passion for supporting the education of our learners is a mustApplications will close at 5pm on Friday 17th October 2025
