This role involves :

Providing technical expertise and ownership within a complex environment supporting the ASB business.

Leading operational aspects of this environment.

Analyzing and optimizing the environment for reliability, scalability, and cost-effective performance.

Demonstrating excellent customer service skills and leading by example.

About you :

We value initiative, problem-solving abilities, and leadership skills, with each engineer expected to lead from their position.

Our teams are fully cross-functional and agile, covering all facets of engineering daily.

We are looking for a mix of technical skills, including :

Windows Server setup, management, configuration, and troubleshooting

PowerShell expertise

SSL certificate management

Experience with Elastic data feeds, alerting, and data visualization via Kibana

Experience with CI / CD tools, preferably Azure Pipelines or TFS

Microservices setup, management, configuration, and architecture

Additional desirable skills include :

Experience with COM+

Understanding of software engineering principles and processes

Proficiency in C# .

NET development using .

NET / .

NET Core

Database experience with MSSQL Server or similar platforms like Postgres and MySQL

API integration (SOAP / REST)

Knowledge of message bus / queue technologies like RabbitMQ

Docker and containerization experience

Experience working in Agile environments (Kanban / Scrum)
