Property Manager - Invercargill / Gore

About the role

We're looking for a driven Property Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves working with people, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to both property owners and tenants.

Based in either Invercargill or Gore, you will be managing all aspects of the tenancy lifecycle.

What you'll be doing

Market and let vacant properties, including conducting viewings

Manage the end-to-end tenancy process, including tenant checks, moves in / out, and inspections

Resolve tenancy issues and disputes in line with relevant legislation

Maintain detailed property records and provide regular reports to landlords

Liaise with tradespeople to organise property maintenance and repairs

Ensure all properties are well-presented and comply with the Residential Tenancies Act and Healthy Homes standards

Provide exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants

What we're looking for

At least 1 year of experience in a property management role, ideally in the residential sector

Outstanding communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships

Strong organisational skills with a proactive and problem solving mindset

Solid understanding of tenancy legislation and best practice property management procedures

Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office suite

A current full driver's licence
