Someone that can ensure a smooth service is delivered to all of our existing customers and exceed their expectations.

You will be able to make strategic decisions with support provided by your operations manager.

A typical day would include overseeing cleaning operations and offering support and direction where required, training and development, problem-solving, manage operational costs, report on profit and loss and generate reports, meet with existing or new clients and undertake any other tasks as may be reasonably required to assist the company in achieving its business objectives over a 7-day operation.About You : Highly motivated with excellent communication skillsAt least 3-5 years of Operational Management experienceAbility to add value to the organizationA willingness to progress in your Career with OCSA sound knowledge of the regionEnergetic with the get up and go to bring your initiatives to fruitionKey Skills and experience : Ability to deliver efficient and on time service to our customersThe ability to lead and manage multiple sites and cleaning teamsExcellent attention to detailOrganized and motivated individual who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and much in where requiredAbility to build and maintain strong client relationshipsPassion for operationsConfident computer and mobile device userWell-presented and promotes a professional image of the companyFurther Requirements : Full Clean NZ Drivers LicenseMust be able to pass and maintain Ministry of Justice Checks and relevant Police and Security checksShould have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visaIf this sounds like your next career opportunity, please send your cover letter & CV to
