Our customer satisfaction rates set us apart from the competition.As a recent graduated in Chemistry, Biochemistry or Biology you have the responsibility of supporting our clients for on-site installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of many of the quality products that we manufacture and sell.

This can be very complex multimillion dollar projects around LC, LC / MS, GC, GC / MS and Atomic Spectroscopy instruments etc. complete with the appropriate software solutions.

Additionally, you will use your consulting skills and improve customer satisfaction by proactively advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations, which may impact product performance.

Both domestic and international travel plays a big part of this role, and it can take you to some incredible places.You enjoy being in front of customers and supporting them while demonstrating your technical expertise.

It includes the option to work remotely.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
