Key Responsibilities
- Interpret demolition and renovation plans to identify structures, partitions, and fixtures for dismantling or retention.
- Cut, assemble, erect, and dismantle frameworks, floors, walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and joinery during demolition projects.
- Build and install temporary timber structures (e.g., bracing, hoardings, safety barriers) to ensure site stability and safety.
- Dismantle and salvage timber for reuse, recycling, or safe disposal in line with sustainability requirements.
- Repair or modify retained timber structures to support renovation or makeover projects.
- Work closely with demolition teams to ensure safe removal of structural timber without damaging retained areas.
- Apply knowledge of load-bearing elements to support safe demolition processes.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe, compliant, and efficient condition.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
At least 2 years experience in Carpentry .Skilled in hand tools, power tools, and carpentry machinery.Strong understanding of structural support, bracing, and safe dismantling practices.What We Offer
