Finance Manager leads accounting, audits, tax, budgeting, and team oversight in a healthcare firm; ensures compliance and reporting.Oversee the financial accounting functions including billings, fixed assets, accounts payables, general ledger and reconciliationsEnsure timely month end closing and preparation of monthly management reports to Management / Board of directorsLiaise with internal and external auditors for audits and preparation of audited financial statementsEnsure tax filing compliance for GST and corporate taxLead HODs and team to ensure annual budgeting plan / processes are implemented and successfully formulated aligning to corporate strategic planRegular costing reviewLiaise closely with various business units to streamline work processesOngoing reviews and updates to policies and proceduresOther ad-hoc duties as assignedSupervisory Responsibility - Supervise 2 finance executivesOther Duties - Provide support relating to the agreements / contracts with service providers / vendors
