Product Execution

Build Exceptional Products – Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Backlog Management – Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that development teams have clear and actionable tasks.

Sprint Planning – Participate in sprint planning meetings, defining and prioritizing user stories and acceptance criteria.

Project Management – Ensure timely delivery of product features and enhancements, using appropriate planning and prioritisation techniques and managing timeline expectations effectively.

Quality Assurance – Maintain high standards for product quality, working closely with engineering and QA teams to build capability and resolve issues promptly.

Internal Customer Insight

Understand Customer Needs – Gather internal customer feedback and analyse data to gain deep insights into customer requirements and pain points.

Influencing People

Stakeholder Management – Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, effectively communicating product progress and updates.

Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with other product managers and internal stakeholders to ensure we are investing in all areas to enable other parts of the organisation to be successful.

Product Strategy

Roadmap Planning – Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a product roadmap, with a focus on execution and delivery.

What we're looking for

Some experience in product management or a related field, with a focus on working directly with software development teams.

Familiarity with managing product backlogs and participating in agile development processes.

Strong emphasis on product execution, with the ability to manage tasks and priorities effectively.

Understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate those needs into actionable product requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas to diverse audiences.
