Accountant (Consolidation and Reporting) (12-Months Contract)

This position will be responsible for group consolidation and management reporting for the assigned portfolio of companies.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and review consolidation proofs such as hedging reserves, foreign currency translation reserves, and investment in associates.
Prepare group consolidation and various management reports in accordance with statutory requirements and company policies.
Assist the team with implementation of a new consolidation Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tool, including UATs and parallel runs.
Assist the team with timely and accurate preparation and analysis of the group financial and management reports.
Assist in the annual audit process, tax filing matters and any ad-hoc assignments as required.
Liaise with the overseas finance team for the submission and analysis of reports and year-end audit matters.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Chartered Accountant (CA) with a degree in accountancy, ACCA or equivalent.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Well-versed in SFRS, tax regulations and MS Excel.
Experience with SAP and / or real-estate knowledge is an added advantage.
Meticulous, able to work independently and as a good team player.
Responsible, organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
