About The Role

Supervise a team of 5–6 people

Oversee roading maintenance activities, including rehabs and patching

Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency across all projects

About You

Proven experience in roading or maintenance

Strong leadership and team-building skills

Ability to multitask and manage priorities

Good computer skills for reporting and scheduling

A proactive, hands-on approach
