Retail | Store Manager / Supervisor role based in Levin, Manawatu. Permanent / Full Time.

The successful applicant will join Plumbing World, a 100% Kiwi-owned business with strong values and a supportive culture. This hands-on leadership position focuses on delivering exceptional service to trade customers and leading from the front, especially during peak trade periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the efficient day-to-day running of the trade area.
• Lead from the front with exceptional customer service and sales ability.
• Assist the Branch Manager in supervising and developing the trade team.
• Prioritise and coordinate daily team schedules to ensure key projects are completed on time.
• Handle customer queries and provide tailored product and delivery solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with trade clients and team members.
• Monitor and report stock issues to the Branch Inventory Controller.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety within the branch.
