Your Role
Here's what you will be doing :
Develop and improve technical mastery skills in different areas
Work on Process Control and Total Productive Maintenance
Support and shadow experienced Engineers in daily tasks
Drive projects to support product supply improvements and deliverables
Monitor production processes and work methods
Collect, compile and analyse production data to identify opportunities to improve processes
About You
The company is looking for :
A degree in Engineering recently completed (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering preferred)
Graduated within the last 18 months
New Zealand Permanent Residency
A valid Drivers' License
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
A continuous improvement mindset, willing to further your learning
