The Role : As the Senior Stormwater Engineer, you will : Lead and Mentor : Guide and grow a small, high-performing team of engineers.

Hands-On Delivery : Provide technical expertise in stormwater design, management, and modelling.

Project Leadership : Take ownership of stormwater projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with trusted clients.

Your Qualifications : A degree in civil or environmental engineering.

Around 8–12 years of professional experience in stormwater engineering, with a strong technical focus.

Expertise in stormwater design, management, and modelling tools.

Experience in land development and infrastructure projects.

Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.

CPEng certified or actively pursuing certification.

Strong client management and communication skills.
