About the Role

We’re looking for a caring, motivated youth worker to join our guidance and health centre teams at Auckland Girls’ Grammar School. This is a unique opportunity to work in a high school environment that values connection, wellbeing and empowerment.

As part of our student wellbeing team, you’ll play a key role in supporting students across the school — helping them feel seen, heard, and supported.

A qualification in Youth Work, Health Promotion, Social Services or a related field (Level 4–6 or higher preferred). Experience supporting youth in an education, community, or health setting. If you have experience with HEeADDSSS assessments, that’s a bonus — but training will be provided for the right person.
