Community Integration Advisor - Planning, Funding and Outcomes

About the Role
As a Community Integration Advisor, you'll work within subregions across Te Waipounamu to help establish and grow local leadership arrangements aligned to Pae Ora. Your work will include enabling mana whenua to participate as lead partners, supporting collective-impact approaches, and strengthening commissioning capability to uplift wellbeing at a community level.
You’ll help guide service development, enable flexible and adaptive local models, and foster relationships across health, social, local government, and community sectors. You will support commissioning processes, contribute to procurement, and ensure that service arrangements deliver high-quality outcomes.
This is a role for someone who thrives in relationship-driven environments, enjoys system-level thinking, and is energised by the opportunity to support transformational change at local and regional levels.
This role is only open to current Health New Zealand Employees.
