We are looking for someone to provide friendly, helpful service and expert advice to customers, assist customers with product selection, keep shelves stocked and tidy, and build product knowledge to support customer needs.

Keep shelves stocked, tidy, and visually appealing

Build product knowledge to confidently support customer needs

Work collaboratively in a busy, supportive retail team

Department-Specific Highlights

In Housewares, you'll be working with kitchen essentials, home organisation products, and everyday living items, helping customers create functional and stylish spaces in their homes.

Kitchen essentials including cookware, utensils, and food storage

Home organisation products like shelving, bins, and laundry solutions

Everyday living items such as cleaning tools, décor, and small appliances

In Electrical, you'll be assisting with lighting solutions, power boards, extension cords, and electrical accessories, supporting customers with safety advice and product compatibility.

Lighting solutions including LED bulbs, fittings, and outdoor lighting

Power boards, extension cords, and electrical accessories

Energy-saving products and smart home technology

What We're Looking For

A positive attitude and genuine passion for customer service

Great communication skills and a willingness to learn

Reliability, teamwork, and a proactive approach

Previous retail or product knowledge in housewares or electrical is a bonus – but not essential
