Work closely with in‑house engineers and planners in the land development sector as the organisation enters a new phase of expansion. With recent investment in their IT systems and centralising their workflow this multidisciplinary firm is looking for a senior surveyor with extensive experience in the land development sector who is seeking a career / lifestyle change to Cromwell. With above‑market remuneration and relocation assistance provided, the ideal candidate will have experience in managing projects and hit the ground running on some of Central Otago's largest projects.

The Company

Employing approximately 90 staff across seven locations in the South Island, they are a highly regarded multi‑disciplinary consultancy founded well over 100 years ago. The firm combines most aspects of land development under one roof and services a mixture of small to large clients across multiple regions. Having recently heavily invested in their IT systems and modernised the business as a whole, now is the ideal time to join the team and become a senior member of the organisation.

You will

• Have extensive knowledge of subdivision, cadastral and land surveying projects within New Zealand with a proven track record
• A relevant survey‑related NZ qualification or overseas equivalent
• Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the cadastral / land surveying sector
• Have the ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously on projects both locally and out of region
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills along with an ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
