Employment type : Permanent, full‑time

Days required : 5 days (Rostered between Monday- Sunday)

Hours : 30 – 40 hours

Hourly Rate : $28.50 – 30.10

Tasks involved in the role

• Drive profitability through sales forecasting and strategic decision‑making.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience with high product standards.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meetings, planning, training, and operations.
• Provide accurate reports to inform decision‑making and business insights.
• Build a high‑performing team through recruitment and talent development.
• Deliver effective training and onboarding for team success.
• Maintain strict health and safety compliance.
• Optimize inventory management to reduce waste and ensure efficiency.
• Implement preventive maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Strengthen community ties through local non‑profit partnerships.
