We are proud to be part of the Kootuitui ki Papakura (Manaiakalani Outreach) community. As such, we utilise the Learn, Create, Share pedagogy, empowering students to be active, visible learners in a digital world. We are currently seeking a teacher to join our collaborative Year 4-6 learning space.
This role is a fantastic opportunity, especially for a beginning teacher, as you will be supported by a strong, cohesive staff in a supportive school community. We believe in providing the support and guidance necessary for new educators to establish excellent teaching practice and truly thrive early in their career.
We are looking for someone who is keen to learn and embraces our collaborative teaching model. The successful applicant will be comfortable co-planning and working alongside colleagues to design engaging programmes for our senior students. You must be committed to inclusive practices, focusing on building strong, trusting relationships with students and whānau to ensure every learner's needs are met. This is a chance to grow your pedagogical content knowledge while contributing to a positive and dynamic learning environment as our school continues to expand.
