Compliance Systems Coordinator

Overview

At Lion , we don’t just brew exceptional beverages – we create experiences that bring people together. The Pride is home to some of Aotearoa’s most iconic drinks, and we’re on the lookout for a Compliance Systems Coordinator to join the team.

This is a newly created role with plenty of variety – from keeping our site’s food safety and environmental systems running smoothly, to leading a Clean-in-Place (CIP) validation program. You’ll play a key role in helping us stay compliant, safe and sustainable, while building capability across the site.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Keep our food safety and compliance systems in great shape – from audits, document control and records management, through to supporting external audit readiness
• Lead the development and coordination of a site-wide Clean-in-Place (CIP) validation program
• Work closely with teams across the site to embed system changes and lift GMP culture
• Support TPM and operating system practices to reduce waste and lift performance
