Renewals Manager role at Fulton Hogan.
Responsibilities
- Lead renewals management for a multi-million-dollar contract in Northland, New Zealand, in a large-scale State Highway project.
- Drive operational excellence across the contract and contribute to growth and advancement opportunities.
- Plan across the annual programme, prioritise work, and take initiative in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes and maintain stakeholder engagement.
- Apply knowledge of traffic management planning and underlying engineering principles in NZ civil projects.
- Utilise project management principles to coordinate activities and ensure timely delivery.
- Leverage experience with AWM (RAMM) where applicable.
Qualifications
Experience in renewals (road maintenance, resurfacing or construction).Strong communication skills and a people-focused approach.Ability to independently plan across an annual programme, prioritise, and take initiative.Knowledge of NZ civil engineering principles and legislation representing good practice.Experience in project management principles.Understanding of traffic management planning.Experience in using AWM (RAMM) – preferred.Bachelor of Civil Engineering (appropriate tertiary qualifications).Benefits
